Hi Folks,
This Year I'm taking part in Grand 2 Grand, This is a Self supported Ultra Marathon in the Grand Caynon and is 6 stages over 7 days and covers 170 miles or 273 km.
I'm doing this for a special little man - Gavin Glynn who suffers from Rhabdomyosarcoma, this is a cancerous (maligant) tumour  of the muscles that are attached to the bones. Gavin has been under going treatment for the last few years.
I will be keeping everyone updated with my training from now until race day in September.

    Hi Phelim - wanted to make you aware that you're using an email address that I'm currently using. Interesting how we are both running for two different Gavin's though. Your idonate information has all gone to my runningforgavin gmail account.
