Back on track after 2 difficult weeks, 2 weeks of slow recovery from my IT band and some good straightening has seen me bounce back healthy and strong.
Starting to put in some good back to back tough runs again. A couple of big weeks ahead with my first event of the year this Saturday in Avondale with a half marathon.
Managed 121km this week.
